Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our Request a Quote form, Contact form, or email us, you may give us:

• Your name, organization or agency, email address, and phone number
• Order details: products, colors, sizes, quantities, decoration preferences, ship-to ZIP code, need-by date, payment preference, and tax-exempt status
• Requirement details: solicitation or RFQ numbers, NSNs, part numbers, quantities, and descriptions
• Files you upload, such as logos, RFQs, drawings, specifications, spreadsheets, or photos

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. Our forms also check your IP address for a short time (about one hour) to block spam and repeated automated submissions.

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics services. WordPress sets cookies only for site administrators who sign in. The Request a Quote form saves your unfinished request in your own browser so you don’t lose it if you leave the page. That saved copy stays on your device, is cleared when you send the request, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions and review your requirements
• To prepare quotes, proofs, and invoices, and to fill and ship your orders
• To keep business, tax, and contract records
• To protect our website and forms from spam and abuse
• To meet legal and contractual requirements

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We don’t add website visitors to marketing email lists. If you ever receive an email from us you don’t want, reply and we’ll stop.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• Service providers that host our website and handle our business email. They process information on our behalf to deliver those services.
• Suppliers, decorators, and carriers, only the details needed to produce and deliver your order, such as your logo artwork and ship-to address.
• Google Fonts. Our pages load font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when the fonts load.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights.

Files you upload

Files sent through our forms are attached to an email to us and are not published on the website. Please share only what we need to quote or fill your order.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests, messages, and order records for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete your order, and meet business, tax, and contract recordkeeping requirements. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, unless we’re required to keep it.

How we protect information

Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to Stonehorn Solutions. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@stonehornsolutions.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is for businesses, organizations, and government buyers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
